SHIPPING
International Shipping
In order to ship outside of the United States we will need you to use the
contact form or email us your order. Canadian orders should take up to 4 business
days. All other outside shipping may take up to 14 business days.

USA Shipping
For all US orders, your order should take no more then 4 business days to reach you.

RETURNS
Stationary
For stationary products, the customer has 30 days return the item(s) for a full refund.

Digital Artwork
For premade digital artwork, the customer has 30 days to return the item(s) for a full refund.

For requested items, the artpiece is non-refundable unless the product was
damaged or defective on the part of BonePink. If BonePink is at fault then we
will return your entire payment as well as pay for the expense to return your
requested item to us. The product will then be replaced at no cost on the customer.

If the product is damaged or defective because of the customer, we're sorry but
a refund will not be given. You may send the product back at your own expense
and request a replacement but you will be charged an additional fee at half
the price of what the requested item had originaly cost.
